Brings together the power of sports and mindfulness as an effective range of tools to engage children, young people and families. Our unique approach is to combine physical activity with mindfulness and life skills development and learning through the ‘art’ of play. Utilising play as a vehicle to enable life skills building, embedding mindfulness strategies and re-enforcing the importance of physical health.
